Note:
1.The Foreign-funded enterprises in the state catalogue of encouragement refer to the projects listed in the Guideline of Foreign Investment Industries and those with the industry projects as the main business stipulated in Superiority Industries of Encouraging Foreign Investment in China's Central &Western Parts, with their main business income accounting for 70% of the total enterprise income.
2.Any foreign investor of foreign cooperator concerning above-mentioned Preferential Taxation Policies may be applicable to investors or cooperators from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and to overseas Chinese Investors.
The Provisional Measures on Rewarding Those Who Introduce Industrial & Commercial Project in Changde City
No. 26[2000] Changde Issue
In order to expedite the economic development in Changde, those who have rendered outstanding service in introducing industrial & commercial project in Changde will be rewarded in cash as follows:
1.Those who have rendered outstanding service in introducing industrial & commercial projects invested in the form of fixed assets over 3 million yuan RMB and bringing revenue directly for Changde city will be rewarded in a certain amount of cash.
2.Those who only have rendered outstanding service in introducing industrial & commercial project of capital will be awarded according to the above standard, regardless of their residence, nationality, identification, post and native place.
3.The introduced capital shall be the one outside Changde city (inclusive of outside the national boundary) and its profit and loss venture and repayment shall be assumed solely by its investor. But the industrial & commercial project loan obtained from the state and province, the foreign government loan, the World Bank loan and various kinds of contribution are not included.
4.1% of the introduced capital that starts from 3 million RMB yuan will be rewarded. There is no upper limit.
5.The reward can be done only when the capital gets into position and the project is completed.
6.The reward is given from the city financial revenue.
7.Establishing an reward-deciding commission: executive vice mayor of Changde city is director of the commission with the chiefs of city government economic study division, planning, foreign economics & trade commission, finance bureau, supervision bureau, audit bureau and people's bank being its members. The reward-deciding office of the commission is at foreign economics& trade commission.
8.All the reward-deciding projects shall be applied for by its corresponding divisions or individuals to the reward-deciding office in writing accompanying concerned proof for first assessment and then submit to the award-deciding commission.
9.The reward-deciding commission will make specific rules to those provisional measures.
10.This measure comes into effect since its issuance. |
